Responsibility to deliver strategy led planning for set of accounts like Dabur and Oppo along with new business development

Key role and responsibilities as Associate Business Director is to provide best media solutions in optimum budget to my clients. These media solutions in turn should prove useful for brand to spread communication among right target audience, should generate awareness & engagement, build positive Brand Imagery followed by generating intent to buy and thus maximizing return of investments in terms of Sales & Revenue generation. Along with this my responsibility is to provide Media Strategies for various brands/clients i take care of , which involves a complete study of environment understanding/ competition track /benchmarks / market priorities, Target audience identifications in terms of demographic & psycho graphics, best Media Mix, optimum media weight, Budget allocation,Annual calender of media activity plan etc which together provides a fair idea & way forward to take valuable steps in Brand building.I also extend my service in pitching for the new business for company. have proved instrumental in occupying new business / clients like Ranbaxy,Lenskart, Aircel etc.In addition to above i supervise & nurture a team of 5 members- includes 1 group head, 2 managers & 1 executive. their all round development in terms of learning media softwares like TAM , MAP IRS TGI , RAM , Budget Allocator, Frequency Estimator, Developing Client Servicing Skills , Making Optimised Media Plans along with Understanding Media & Business nuance is part of my KRA.

As group head i was responsible for heading & nurturing a team of 4 members in order to generate a fruitful collective effort in producing optimized media plans & solutions for brand within deadline , i was responsible for.

As Account Manager i was responsible for timely delivering the error free media plans ,competition decks,Viewership reports, co-ordination with media channel & publication partners,operations team in order to successfully implement media plans , generating Pre-Post deck & then inculcate learning from past campaigns. leading a team of two executives.
