Responsibilities • Administer & Manage Microsoft Windows Servers (Active Directory), Microsoft Workstations, and network security devices for 600+ users.• Administer and Manage Windows 2003 Server/Exchange 2003 Server with Blackberry Integration Services, Windows Server Updates Services (WSUS).• Development of Inbound VDNs, Vectors and splits/skills using Avaya Site Administration.• Development of custom client reports using CMS V11 and CMS V13. • Support Avaya handsets both digital ( 6408+) and IP (4610, 4625).• Maintaining LAN/WAN in the organization.• Backup and restore network data with IBM Tivoli & Dell Tape Library.• Provide 3rd level support and to be an escalation point for all 1st & 2nd level support. • Maintenance of Software Updates and patches on Servers & Workstations.• Provide PC Hardware/Software Support to all Departments• Regularly Liaising with 3rd party vendors and suppliers. • Logging support calls with telephone carriers and telephony support companies.• Documentation of System Changes and System procedures• Reporting on Monthly Telco costs to Administration & Finance, along with Client Services• Setting up remote access for the managers using VPN.• Provide 24/7 Remote Assistance to international sites like Manila Philippines.
