Handled complex contentious issues and developed anti-counterfeiting and brand protection strategies for individuals, start-ups and MNCs. Was an equity partner of a prominent IP law firm heading its enforcement and litigation team until mid-April 2013. Has been invited to speak at various multilateral fora including INTA and authored and co-authored many articles for leading law journals and publications.
