Department: I have worked in EM (Export Manufacturing) department, which is manufacturing the parts which have to be exported by BEL. Roles & Responsibilities: Assigned in QA (Quality Assurance) section, where I have successfully accomplished following responsibilities:• Prepare inspection plan & schedule based on particular standards.• Manage & co-ordinate with the assigned team of ITI & diploma holders.• Verify any non-conformity & make a report if any.• Make notification in SAP for rejected parts.• For critical dimensions & features inspect using CMM.

Successfully completed six week vocational training at BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited), Haridwar in July 2012.• Project undertaken in fabrication block.• Project details: My major work was to observe and study the various processes & techniques used to fabricate different parts manufactured at BHEL.• Validated the practical application of advanced equipment and machines including CNC machines, cutting machines and hydraulic presses for the fabrication of mechanical components.
