CurrentSenior Vice President and SBU head with IDS Infotech Ltd. I am in-charge of multiple business units for providing "Electronic Content Management and Publishing (CMP)solutions", "Environmental, Health and Safety Services (EH&S)", "Medical and General Transcription Services " and "Clinical Data Management solutions" from three different back office locations in North India. a) The CMP BU specializes in delivering customized, technology driven multilingual content capture, content conversion, pre-press , e-Publishing, editorial and abstract creation/indexing solutions to reputed overseas clients to help redefine value of their content over full content life cycle.b) The EH&S(Environmental, Health and Safety Services)BU employs trained resources and research scientists to provide multilingual (M)SDS services such as "indexing" , "Obtainment and Renewal" , "FCC (Fire code classification) records population","Waste classification" & other specialized research services such as "Researching and capturing food compliance regulatory data" , "Researching regulatory data for hazard determination" and transforming chemical database requirements to standardized databases.c) The transcription BU provides medical & general transcription services to known US/UK clients. d) The clinical data management BU provides SAS based analytical services on SDTM/CDISC data sets for various drug trial studies.d) Earlier, also managed the delivery operations for "Accounts receivables management" and the "Attorney review" paralegal processes.Personally responsible for revenue generation, bottom line management and margins for the BU's. Responsibilities include strategic business planning and end to end implementation of the business plan including management of pre-sales , new business sales, existing accounts growth, overseas front office, production process set up, back office quality and entire BU operations to ensure client satisfaction through SLA based deliverables.
