Using the Scrum framework, I write UI labels, release notes, and user documentation in FundCount’s knowledge base for a readership of fund administrators, family office and hedge fund managers, accountants, investors, and software system administrators. I review and edit other techwriters’ drafts according to the Jira workflow, create Jira tickets to write, update, or research articles, interact with developers to compose UI labels for the software, describe bugs/known issues, and write release notes, and update and maintain the Style Guide and other internal documentation.
