Creating Schematics and designing PCB's,I design the PCB's using ORCAD software to make sure the circuits of all the hardware equipment are correct in order to have the circuit to work fine. After the design and installing electronic components like IC's, capacitors and resistors; I am the one who tests the final outcome from the circuit to make sure that the output is perfect as per customer requirement. In short I can say that I do the end user testing and help in raising the bugs if found any. ADA's(Aeronuatical Development Agency; Light Combat Aircraft)-Thejas- PANEL INTEGRATED TESTER is the Automatic Tester unit which is capable to test 38 panels functionality checks i.e. continuity check ,resistance check ,voltage check ,Insulation check which is present in LCA-Thejas aircraft one by one and also it is having capability to declare whether the test is Pass/Fail. My role: Have given the Presentation of LCA-Tester designing. Designed the schematic of PCB present in SSU (Signal Switching Unit) and the configuration of connecting Looms which connects PUT(Panel Under Test) and TESTER including mating connectors. Designed the ICD (Interface Control Document) for LCA-TESTER connectors and also prepared for Technical specification document of TESTER.I have done Base line configuration management for AS9100 audit for 7 projects. (AS9100 is the Internationally recognised quality management standard specifically written for the aerospace industry).Tools Used: Multisim Orcad Microsoft Visio.
