Reviewing 1003, Fraud report and Questionnaire Checklist. Reviewing Credit Report details like Borrower name, DOB, SSN, Borrower Address & Borrower trade lines, Inquiries and Public records. Updating Borrower income details from paystub, W2 and WVOE. Adding internal comments for any missing documents in client application.
