Current- Provide customer support through Live Chat, and Forum channels, addressing issues related to websites, plugins, and hosting services.- Diagnose and debug WordPress problems, assisting customers in resolving technical issues efficiently.- Manage and document customer feature requests, ensuring clear communication with developers and the Second Level Support Team.- Prepare precise bug reports, summarizing testing and troubleshooting steps for effective communication with colleagues and customers.- Offer assistance with a wide range of WordPress queries, demonstrating finesse in customer interactions.
