•All in process Q.C Activity related to product analysis.•COD (chemical oxygen demand ) Analysis •Validation of CCP& OPRP, verification of process, hygiene station, equipment sanitary design , effectiveness of cleaning and sanitation agent as per requirement.•Communication for external labs for sample analysis as per FSSAI, APEDA,and EIA requirements.•Assisting and Identifying critical control points and preventing measure monitoring procedure and corrective action and verification procedure•Ensuring that manufacturing process comply as per standard.•Making COA and communication to Wearhouse and marketing team related to dispatch.•Batch selection according to customer specification/requirment 'Involving dispatch related activity &giving batch for Dispatch.•Checking and analysis all incoming ingredients , primary and secondary packaging materials,and chemicals(RM and PM)•Implementation of food safety ,GMP HACCP,5S System.•Support to senior for solving customer complaints•Involving the Internal Audit activity
