Branch Manager

1. Working as Administrator or Region’s IT Support head (under Middle Level Management IT Job), I am heading the RCC(Regional Computer Centre, which is an IT Dept. or Support Channel for the region containing 45 branches & 35 ATMs/CDs with team of 3 subordinates).

Worked as Manager-IT in RCC(Regional Computer Centre, which is an IT Dept. or Support Channel) to assist Administrator or Region’s IT Support head.

•Exposure to work in Branch Banking Operation.•Assist the Branch Manager with the operations of the branch. May include scheduling staff, answering questions on products and services, policies and procedures, or rules and regulations.•Assist the Branch Manager with the branch security at all levels to include open/close of the facility, vault, and safe deposit area.•Apply policies and procedures for the branch.•May function as a Member Service Representative or Financial Service Representative on an as-needed basis, filling in for peak schedules or for an absence or shortage on the teller line.•Process loan applications and new accounts for members.•Assist staff or members in solving account problems.•Cross Selling within the branch and maintain a cross-selling environment within the branch.•Provide training and assistance to branch staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products and services.•May evaluate work and performance of employees, and related personnel functions.•SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
