Field Officer Center of Agriculture and Biosciences International Organization May 2021 to Continue Participation in training delivered by Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) according to the trainer and attend any subsequent refresher training (as required by (BCI). Prior to the first growing secession conducted a number of awareness-raising meetings on the issues of sustainability in the cotton sector (tailored to the local situation and the production system). Successfully worked with 57 Medium Farmers and 1200 Workers Got licenses from BCI after a successful assessment. Farmers are categorized into smallholders or medium farms. Made by group farmers into a Learning Group (for smallholders only) Provided training to farmers on the requirement of the Better Cotton Standard System during the cotton session. Ensured the farmers could maintain a Farmer Field Book and learned from it.
