Key Account Manager
CurrentMy responsibilities are:Handling key accounts for SaaS based product for Large Enterprises and SMEs in the solar industry including TATA, Lumnious, Adani, Panasonic and Amplus.Renewals, Upsell, and Cross sell as my daily responsibility to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Day-to-day after-sales operations including customer on-boarding, backend management, software support, and assigning queries to the team.Weekly tasks such as conducting webinars, client journey and testimonials, content for support in marketing, as well as real time case studies engaging with solar firms.Other responsibilities include Customer Success team management, market analysis & product fit, being in-line with the current solar trend.
