I am a qualified pediatrician and neonatologist. I did fellowship in pediatric medicine followed by neonatal and perinatal medicine, I have ten years experience in tertiary care neonatal units, worked as Head of Department and neonatal fellowship supervisor, developed NICU policies and clinical management guidelines. Having good experience of developing research proposals and writing manuscripts, published a good number of research article in indexed journal.I am also an instructor of NRP and a master trainer for HBB, conducting multiple courses. I have developed and implemented standardized neonatal parenteral nutrition protocols in two leading hospitals, improving the outcomes and safety of infants. Additionally, I have demonstrated skills in team leadership, change management, research, and administration, contributing to the development and innovation of neonatal services.
