CurrentI have total 10+ years experience in Rolling Stock & Welding Inspection.Currently working with TATA CONSULTING ENGINEERS LTD. on the project of BHABHA ATOMIC RESEARCH CENTER as a Senior Quality Engineer. I have also worked for EN 15085 & ISO 3834 certification as a DY. Welding Co-coordinator in RAKRISHNA FORGINGS LTD. I have undergone all kind of NDT (VT,UT,RT,MPT,PT) methods , DT (Tensile Test,Impact Test & Drop Weight Test) methods,Welding inspection & Dimension Inspection for tanks, varies component of rail coach and Metro rail etc.Familiar with ASME, AWS-D1.1, EN standards, IS standard and codes. In Fabrication Inspect the welding, forgings, castings by NDT technique (VT,UT,RT,MPT,PT) and DT technique (Tensile Test,Impact Test Drop Weight Test) & prepare report and interpretation the result. Handling total documents in QA/QC Depart. Take part in the qualification of welders, welding procedure (WPS, WQT, & PQR) as per ASME Section & EN Std.Monitoring of various welding processes like SAW, GTAW, GMAW, and choosing of correct WPS as per the requirements. Inspections are carried out at each stage like fit up, welding and weld visual. Witnessing and Certifying the Procedure Qualification Record (PQR).
