I am currently employed with a leading offshore company called Dolphin offshore Enterprises (I) Ltd, which provides variety of services as mentioned belowProject Department – Topside survey, Onshore pre-fabrication of structures, topside modification services, hook up services, revamp, re-construction, modification of platforms not limited to structural works, piping/conductors, replacement of equipment, Electrical and Instrumentation etc.Diving Department – the company owns saturation diving systems and air diving system, which utilized in providing services such pre-engineering surveys, riser clamp installation, bow string installation, Freespan corrections, crossovers, tie-in spool piece , installation of sump caisson SBM installation, operation and maintenance etc.Presently I am part of diving & under water services and Duties included are i) Assist Senior Manager (Projects & Planning) in review of tenders.ii) In-charge of the Saturation System (SDS-02) in relation with project execution and interact with system-in-charge and Manager (Workshop) regularly on the status of the system.iii) Review the system layout drawings and Engineering drawings as and when required by clientsiv) Responsible for timely mobilization of the system to the designated port / place of delivery. v) Interact with Site Incharge/Clients during execution of the project. vi) Responsible for maintaining all operational documents and correspondence required for commercial purpose.vii) Monitoring daily progress report [DPR] received from the worksite and take necessary action.viii) Ensure all requests for consumables, spares & equipment received from the site-in-charge is forwarded to Senior Manager (Material)/Manager (Workshop) for necessary action.ix) Monitor and ensure all requirements (men & material) are timely manifested so as to avoid stoppage of work.x) Reporting to Senior Manager (Projects & Planning).xi) Carrying out such other tasks as entrusted by Management.
