 Handing foreclosure for Mortgage & SME banking for North region. Regular follow up on the monthly tracker and other report in respect of all the legal parameters. Providing feedback on delinquent A/c’s to National Collection Manager. Interface with the Advocate for preparation of MOE/Demand Notice’s. Tracking Demand notice in time as per Foreclosure Process Manual. Monitoring of feedback on accounts updation in CACS and weekly review of the same with location Managers.  Managing the agency bills and ensures for timely payments/Quarterly NDC’s. Collect the case handover report from collections as per agreed format. Raise awareness on KYC/ML. Monitor and control Delinquency and Credit losses for Mortgage accounts. Ensure Monthly recovery and releases. Continuous feedback given to the local Credit/Collections/CLPU. Control processing cost within budget Ensure to resolve the accounts not only through legal but giving right options/negotiations depend on customer to customer. Periodic Asset verification reports to be maintained. Conduct periodic reconciliation of receipt books with deposit slips. Follow-up on all Sec 138 accounts auctioned under SARFAESI to put additional pressure on customers. Assist Fraud Control unit in investigation. Prepare justification summary for each Settled/Private treaty/Auctioned/Closed Account. Liaison with Advocates/Legal/Law Enforcing Authorities/Judicial Authorities for speedy recovery process. Proper Negotiation directly with higher delinquent account holders and close the account to minimize losses. Exercise adequate control on Advocates/other agencies. Review of Advocate profile before recruitment
