With over 18+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management operations, I have managed Google's extended workforce solutions (xWS) program & Publisher operations which encompasses multiple commodities, geographies, and systems. I am responsible for co-developing and overseeing the BizOps for various categories like VMS & Publisher Ops.As a Vendor Manager, I partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to manage multiple projects and transformation initiatives aligned with the category strategies and business objectives. I also monitor and improve the program operational success metrics, such as first response time, turnaround time, quality, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, I handle the end-to-end lifecycle management of temporary, vendor, and independent contractor workers for the program. I specialise in implementation of service level agreements, contracting, negotiation, and future staffing roadmaps.
