With over 33 years of experience in the real estate sector, I have been the owner of Bridge Property Consultants, a firm that specializes in luxury properties and sole selling projects in Mumbai and Dubai. I have delivered high-quality results for my clients, with around 16 lakh sq ft of work going on and multiple awards and recognitions, such as the Best Realtor Award in 2018. As the former President of the Confederation of Real Estate Brokers Association of India (CREBAI), I represented 16,000 property consultants across India and worked with the government and other associations to bring the Real Estate Regulatory Act (RERA) in 2016, a landmark legislation that aimed to protect the interests of homebuyers and promote transparency and accountability in the real estate sector. I am also a certified real estate consultant by MahaRERA and a licensed GST practitioner by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. I hold two Bachelor of Commerce degrees in Accounting and Finance, and Business/Commerce, General, from Sir Gokuldas Tejpal High School and University of Mumbai, respectively. I am passionate about learning new things and expanding my network. I am currently planning to learn London real estate and meet new colleagues there. I have expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and focus groups, and I am interested in associating with like-minded people across the globe and looking for opportunities for investment for my esteemed clients.
