- assist the accountant of the ISLAND project under the DP program of the 10th FED fund by European Union over the financial and contractual aspects.- Assist the accountant in the preparation of tenders/offers for materials and services- Input of the financial data in the accounting system- Managing of petty cash- provide assistance to project experts over administrative and financial aspects during their missions, workshops- Preparation of payment vouchers, cheques and bank transfer letters for payments.- assists the accountant in the preparation of monthly reports for management meetings- assist the accountant in the preparations of documents, accounts to be submitted to the European Unions.- Administrative works- Maintenance of Fixed asset register- liase with auditors
