Vikram is a highly experienced and skilled development manager with strong project management skills and expertise in bid preparation, due diligence, consultation, negotiation, construction and delivery.Previous to this at Indesco he had primary responsibility for the delivery of multiple residential land development and urban infrastructure projects both in the ACT and NSW. Furthermore, he has conducted research in alternative energy sources and smart systems ranging from solar, cogeneration, trigeneration, geothermal, wind, telecom, the use of information technology in public realm to promote connected communities and the value addition of such systems in masterplanned communities.Vikram has also worked with Lend Lease as a design/project manager with particular focus on large scale masterplanned communities including Forde, Casey( Springbank Rise) and Bingara Gorge.
