• Handling the initial enquiries/RFQ received from the company website, consultants, OEM network.• Discussion and Understanding the overall product/project planning from the prospect. • Understanding customer / buyer needs to create specifications, designs, or plans for a feature offerings /projects. • Defining key offerings and requirements for feature area/projects. • Creating and delivering high-quality functionality and design specification processing solutions that correspond to the scenarios for the features or components and reflect worldwide customer needs; incorporating usability concerns, technical constraints, economics and hygiene issues, testability and product priorities into designs • Identifying and determining project dependencies and competing priorities; negotiating delivery of dependencies, including fixes during breakdown periods, which result in minimal disruption to the project.• Sales negotiation and order finalization with end customer. • Representing the customer and advocating for customer issues. • Representing the application support team in user forums and other customer meetings• Representing at customer, partner, and industry events • Developing effective internal customer and partner feedback loops Have 14+ years of experience in handling complete life cycle of semi or complete processing and turnkey projects involving need understanding, analysis, design, product conceptualization, pre sales, estimation, solution analysis, project management and delivery in accordance with financials.• Knowledge on require processing techniques and Engineering process controls for various applications in the food industry.• Able to establish and develop strong relationships with team members, management and key clients as well.
