Vikram Munje is a corporate lawyer with 30 years of In-house counsel experience. He has been President & Global GC for Kalyani Group since 2011. Vikram is a member of the executive leadership team of Kalyani Group and also overseas corporate affairs function. Prior to 2011, he was with the Tata Group Corporate Legal for 10+ years (as a part of then Group Executive Office-Tata Sons). He is a graduate in Commerce & Law, a Fellow member of ICSI. He also completed Intellectual Property course from World Intellectual Property Organisation, Geneva. He also attended Executive Leadership Program of Ross Business School & Theory of Constraints conducted by Goldratt School, Israel at the Tata Management Training Centre. He possesses diverse M&A and corporate advisory experience across multiple business sectors. His domain areas of practice as in-house counsel include corporate M&As, corporate & commercial law advisory. deal structurimg & negotiation of strategic contracts, IP & litigation.
