Identify the risk associated with manufacturing process & PHA (Process Hazard Analysis) of various Critical raw materials including the processes.Responsible for suggesting and recommending suitable controls that shall prevent process safety events/incidents.Knowledge on equipments like RC1mx, Thermal stability (ARC, ARSST, DSC, RSD) and Powder safety equipments.PSI (Process Safety Information) lab reports interpretation and recommendations for the new and existing products.To prepare the HAZOP & ABRA (Activity Based Risk Assessment) study of different chemicals as well as the process.Allowing permits (Hot work, height work, vessel entry etc.) before every process.Delivering shop floor training to block persons on products/process criticalities and awareness on same.Conducting PSSR (Pre-Start-up Safety Review) for all process before batch-execution.Preparing PEC (Process Evaluation Checklist) & PRA (Process Risk Assessment) checklist.Vent Sizing for Gas evolution.Stochiometry material balancing of reaction, Calculation of requirement of scrubbing media solution.Calculate the heat load of the reactors, Utility Adequacy, vapor line size & flow rate, utility line size and area required for the condensers.Knowledge of using Chemwatch & CRW (Chemical Reactivity Worksheet).Basic knowledge on Preparation and reviewing of PFD, P&ID.
