Work in the Complex & International Restructuring team, managing a portfolio of large,listed, distressed or underperforming companies mainly in UK and Europe. Work across sectors ranging from shipping to construction to media to manufacturing. Experience of full end to end transaction management including preparing investment committee papers, cash flow analysis, reviewing legal documentation, structuring, capital analysis, managing the process and stakeholders etc.Responsible for reviewing due diligence, performing scenario analysis and stress testing with an aim to preserve the banks capital ensured by my ability to identify potential risks and propose mitigating solutions for the portfolio of clients. Strong client relationship management skills and a solid understanding of key banking products and policies developed as part of my daily responsibilities.

I manage part of a portfolio ($8bn) of distressed assets within RBS Capital Resolutions Group, exploring exit opportunities (including distribution of debt) and restructuring options. Main focus is to increase the Banks ROE, reduce RWA's/Capital by attacking the back book, restructuring existing debt and also working on new transaction ranging from $30-$500m. Main activities include analysing clients on a case by case basis with a focus on cost of capital, risk weighted assets, restructuring, financial analysis/modelling,exit strategies and managing the portfolio on an on going basis.I have also worked in Corporate Structured Finance Portfolio - managing a portfolio of PPP/PFI and corporate clients with debt quantum's in excess of £40m.
