Surveying new sites to assess security needs, recommending appropriate manpower requirements, developing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring seamless operational execution with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

• Client Engagement: Visit prospective clients in person and handle inquiries received via phone or email. Engage in detailed discussions to understand their specific requirements, expectations, and operational challenges. Based on this understanding, provide tailored solutions and recommend the most suitable options to meet their needs.• Site Surveys and Reporting: Collaborate with the Operations team to conduct on-site surveys for new projects. Analyze the findings and prepare a comprehensive report detailing site-specific recommendations, potential challenges, and proposed solutions.• Event Coordination: Work closely with event management companies to provide specialized security services for events. Ensure seamless coordination and timely deployment of resources to meet the event’s security requirements.• Customer Support and Grievance Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for new inquiries and coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely responses. Address any concerns or grievances from existing customers, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and customer satisfaction is maintained.• Collaboration and Reporting: Maintain regular communication with the Operations team to align on progress and updates regarding ongoing projects. Provide daily reports to the General Manager (GM) and Assistant Vice President (AVP) to keep them informed about client interactions, project status, and any significant developments.
