As a Regional Manager, worked closely with the government agencies and development partners to create as well as implement strategies in the education sector and other related social sectors. Participating in the dialogue with government officials and stakeholders on ICT education policies, vocational skills approaches and entrepreneurship support system. I am maintaining effective coordination with the key stakeholders to comprehensively understand, prioritise and addressing needs as well as issues, and developed a long term vision and wrote proposals for funding for long-term projects and social enterprise projects.Rendering support in overseeing operations across the various programmes under Intel Education (Intel Teach – teacher professional development, Intel Learn – life skill training for out of school students, and IRIS – Science promotion programme for students & Easy Steps – digital literacy programme for adult learners). Successful in spearheading large scale ICT Professional Development Programme across Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh and NER under Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative. Played a vital role in conducting Vignana Yatra, a journey to inspire excellence in science education in collaboration with the Chief Minister’s office & Department of Education reaching over 22000 students and 1900 teachers of 21 districts of Uttar Pradesh, I have organized Technology lead Education Transformation Workshops at Meghalaya, Manipur, Assam, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab & HP.

While working as a Senior Project Manager, I drove significant efforts in ascertaining smooth implementation of ICT @ School project in more than 2220 Schools across Haryana in coordination with the department of education. Efficiently managed the vendors and Business Partners for smooth running of the project. Explored the new methods and ideas for the training programs and monitored the progress of the team and conduct reviews and Induction programs. I was responsible for revenue management

I have had a successful and progressive career with the organization since joining as a Group leader [Training & Project Operations] (Client: Government of Himachal Pradesh) in March 2005. I was promoted as a Project Manager (Client: Intel Semiconductor (US) ltd.) in March 2006 before taking charge as a Program & Operations Manager in Apr 2008. I led Intel Teach Project in India for NIIT as RTA Intel and assisted State Government in developing policy to Integrate ICT in education. Spearheaded entire operations and a team of Managers in all the states for Intel sponsored professional development programs for teachers at Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, and Meghalaya & Chhattisgarh. Acted as a Head of the State wide project of the client Intel called “Intel Teach” to oversee the execution of the project in the state and handle all government relationship. Drove people engagement and led a team of 12 District Coordinators and 282 faculties

During this role, I was involved in the maintenance of Networks, software installation, documentation, scrutiny etc. in the region.
