Job profile: At Head Office ( 2008 till date )• Handling payment through Purchase Bill Discounting / Letter of credit (Well versed with banking trade finance products Domestic and international LC )• Correspondence & follow up with the bankers for regular banking operations • Vendor reconciliation, Scrutiny of Creditors Ledger & Co-ordination. •Supervision with all zone location regarding issuing C and F Forms, Way Bill and E sugam Form ,T2 Form .• Adjust entries against Hundi and LC ( Domestic and International) payment to vendors.( Hundi / LC Payable)• Controlling GRIR (MIRO Invoice Booking) entries Bill Booking pending Miro and Weekly Report and Monthly Meet with report status. • Run E payment, RTGS payment to vendor ( Payble)At Store Level Future Group ( 2004 to 2008 )Position: Head Cashier ( Format Big bazaar and Food Bazaar )• Before transfer at Head office worked at Front level Big Bazaar Stores as Head Cashier. 1. Preparing daily and Monthly CMR (Cash transaction, petty cash handle, GV, Credit card report and quarterly audit, Commcercial activity and reconciliation at store level for daily transactions.)Activity at store level other than cash • Handling Sales Inventory report and MIS stock report and Auditing during Store Stock take. • Create PO , CN and DN dispatch to vendor. • Participate in sales and promotion activity at floor ( Frontends )

•Training new member who join take meeting and briefing regarding sales.•Successfully perform managerial duties during manager's absence •Train new employees and conduct company and product orientations • Calculate and transmit weekly sales reports to headquarters • Conduct monthly inventory/audit report of cash/card/GV.
