1.Development of innovative and goal oriented Physical Education and Sports Curriculum for the age group of 2 to 17 years (pre-primary ,primary ,middle and high school based on CBSE,IGCSE & IB Board)2. Development of fitness and skill oriented test to measure the sports skill and fitness parameters for all the children of various age groups.3. Leading the team of 24 people to oversee the complete operation in sports for the Birla Schools in Mumbai, Indore, Patna, Hyderabad , Vapi & Indore .4.Responsible for allocating the qualitative and age specific sports equipments for different schools.5.Planning out of school sports activities /event annually viz. Sports day.6.Dealing with the architectural plans to improvise the sports areas according to the needs and availability of resources.7.Dealing with the Recruitments, Assessment &Teacher’s Training in schools.8.Coordinating with Principals & franchisees’ of all the schools and explaining the importance of P.E & Sports in schools9.To oversee the complete operation of SPEED (A Birla Sports Programme)
