As a management trainee at Zydex Industries, I am gaining hands-on experience in the agrochemical sector, working on dealer identification, handling, and potential territory analysis. I am also involved in conducting farmer meetings, campaigning, negotiation, and convincing skills, aiming to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. I am passionate about learning and applying the latest techniques and innovations in agriculture and agribusiness.I am currently pursuing a PGDM in Agri Business Management at Pune Business School, where I am acquiring the knowledge and skills to become a successful leader and manager in the industry. I hold a BSc in Agriculture from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri, where I developed a strong foundation in the field. I have also completed a summer internship with Dhanuka Agritech Ltd, where I focused on the research and application of the Tizom molecule, a herbicide for sugarcane crop. I conducted extensive field demonstrations, gathered valuable data, and conducted surveys among farmers and retailers to analyze market demand, pricing forecasts, application methods, and competitive landscape.
