Spearheaded the task in the Mortgage Division of the bank across multiple locations and managed the entire mortgage business including origination, business development, pre and post sale customer service, retention and key account management. Leading and catering to both aspects , direct and indirect business sourcing. Handling the key customer accounts and sales & service functions and managing the cross-selling of other assets, liability and other third party products to existing & new customers.Conceptualised campaigns and developed relationships with builders, corporate, chartered accountants and channel partners for increasing the distribution network.

I had played a pivotal role to set up the mortgage business for Pune right from inception and had developed the location to achieve month on month business volumes. This included all aspects of bushiness like sales, business development, underwriting, collections , customer service, hiring and channel and vendor management.

During this stint I was taking care of treasury money for corporate and planning investments for them into debt funds and other debt instrument. This included identifying and building business relationships with the corporate and catering to their requirements related to their short and long term investment strategy.
