Works on the strategy development and execution for mid - corporate business (Companies from INR 100 to 1000 Cr)-The role involves a mix of developing short/ midterm strategy for the team including go-to market, change management and organization development, process improvement, budgeting, performance management & reviews.-The role offers good understanding and insight into the functioning of the bank/across the bank as well as an opportunity to work with the Founder/MD&CEO and other top management in the bank.
