After completing Class 12, I worked in a BPO on the Xiaomi process, where I gained valuable insights into corporate dynamics, CRM, customer experience (CX), and technical troubleshooting. This role helped me develop strong communication and problem-solving skills while deepening my understanding of customer relationships. After four months, I decided to continue my studies and enrolled in a BCA program to expand my technical expertise. I’m eager to combine my hands-on customer service experience with the technical knowledge from my studies to drive impactful solutions in the tech field.
