• Dialer Installation and Maintenance• Strong knowledge in MySQL• Create a Inbound, Outbound, and new disposition, Uploading the leads & configuring the DNC numbers• Troubleshooting of technical issue regarding with outbound & inbound campaign to Desktop, Telecom, network & dialer.• Co-ordinate with ISP and dialer support vendor for any related issue• Responsible for day-to-day administration and monitoring of predictive dialer system including design, build and maintenance of campaigns, calling lists, filters, reports and list strategies.• Actively participates in strategy discussions with the call center management team.• Work closely with Operations Team to capture requirements configure and execute dialer campaigns• Monitors dialer and agent performance and recommends campaign calling strategies in support of management objectives.• Proactively works with call center management to identify opportunities to apply new dialer campaign strategies.• Responsible for development, testing, implementation and production of daily business reporting as required by management.• Completes regular Quality Assurance monitoring of the dialer system.• Leverages the call center outbound department data to analyze calling strategies, recommend improvements, and identify defects and /or areas for concern.• In the absence of the Command Center Manager, and/or when providing coverage during evening, and/or weekend shifts, assumes all operational management duties and responsibilities• Linux Installation Cent OS, Ubuntu, Linux Mint.• Installation and configuration of Firewall and IDS pfsense, iptables, fail2ban etc• Strong Knowledge in HTML5,CSS3 & PHP• Web Design & Development
