A graduate in the field of aquaculture, started my career after my graduation in the college fisheries, mangalore . Got a campus interview by C.p Group of aquaculture and joined them as an Assistant-technician in maturation technician , learnt all aspects of typical shrimp hatchery operation.How RAS in shrimp maturation works, live feed production , algae management, nauplii production, eye stalk ablation successfully completed a year in C.P aquaculture.Later moved to private shrimp hatchery where I was a technical consultant and head of operation for the shrimp brood-stock imported from Florida , konabay , shrimp improvement system.Where I use to do a production of 550 to 600million of nauplii from 2cubic stock . Production of quality seeds was the main goal of the hatchery . Larval production of 80 to 90 million which sold locallySlowly gained confidence and taken my skills to others area in the hatchery production likeWater quality department, larval management, assessment of quality nauplii , management of disease in live feeds , bio security protocols, good management practices, sanitation and hygiene practicesMy recent career, in the aquaponics took me to other extent of my knowledge to learn new process in the Field of both aquaponics and aquacultureA company a largest and first aquaponics in INDIA a Canadian project established in banglore by MADHAVI FARMS Production of indigenous fish cultureProduction of exotic fresh leafy lettuceProduction of exotic fruits and vegetablesOne acre farm , added to my experience and driven me to knee intrest to learn and improve more techniques in the aquaponics.Was a consultant for EAT NEAT PROJECT-In Bengaluru an integrated aquaponics project for few months
