He began his career as Management Trainee with Raymond Textiles division and established himself as Head of Human Resources for its FMCG arm - J K Ansell Ltd. In this role he led the talent transformation and Management, Succession Planning to build differentiated market capabilities for the business with strong industry focus whilst ensuring all time high employee engagement, retention and consistently being voted as the most inspirational Business to join within Raymond group.Have been into Human resource business partner role since past 10 plus years and have an excellent experience in devising Employee Engagement, People development, Capability building strategies for high performing team.Have completed Post Graduation in Personnel Management in the year 2007 from Xavier Institute of social Service (XISS), Ranchi and have worked with reputed companies like Raymond Ltd., J K Ansell Ltd. and Future Group during my overall experience of 12+ years.Currently Vikram is associated with Writer Corporation as General Manager and Head HR - Global Operations for their Relocation business since September 2017 where I am working on culture alignment, devising HR Policies and Talent Management framework for the newly acquired company at London. I won a Silver Medal Excellence champion award at Writer Corporation for my contributions in certification of Writer group for Malcolm Baldrige Excellence Module.
