Volume 1000 containers per annumResponsible for actualization of monthly targets/ Order fulfillment / Logistics cost Savings.Responsible for Merchandise Exports for the products sourced from Italy, ,China, Brazil, Malaysia and Turkey from OEM suppliers and WP factories to our overseas Distributors including price negotiation / freight negotiation /supply chain.Demand Management & consolidation after looking into resource availability in close coordination with the production planning team.Forecasting, Inventory Management, Production Planning & control.Single point of contact for Export customers for supply chain and commercial.Shipment Planning with the Carriers and CHAsKey Account Management: Maintains excellent relations with the key accounts to generate avenues for additional business regularly.Identify, understand, analyze client requirements, Create Estimates, Proposals, Presentations & MIS for Export marketing.Co-ordination with the overseas customers / suppliers for Formulation, Planning & Execution of SKD / CKD Kit formats as per the requirement to get landed cost-benefit.Coordinating with the Product Development team for customization by providing market feedback & requirement summary.

Handling Letter of credit & its ancillary workCoordination with Marketing For dispatches, collections and information and timely renewal of Bank Guarantee..Order tracking & dispatch arrangements.Credit control activities like Approval of Dispatches, Compiling the debtor"s data, Interaction with Marketing team for approval of dispatches, Escalation in case of overdue/credit limit overrun.Monitoring Export documentation & follow up with the bank for realization.Automization & Process Improvements & active Member (represented Exports) of SAP Implementation team.Coordination with the Export documentation team to ensure smooth execution. Coordination with commercial depts. to ensure smooth execution of Export orders, payment realization from customers & periodic Account Reconciliation.Co-ordination with Inspection agency for Pre-shipment inspection as per market requirement.Coordinating with In-house Export benefits team & commercial depts. to ensure credit of export incentive & duty benefits. Liasoning with Chamber of Commerce, Govt. Departments / Agents, etc for necessary export approvals / procedures & export benefits (FMS, SHIS, DUTY DRAWBACK) etc. Monthly report preparation & circulation.

Account Receivables management & reporting. Ledger scrutiny of Debtors Collection accounts and Freight accounts reconcile with Service Tax Payable accounts.Handling independent Internal Audit of Stock, Purchase, HR, and Finance of Flex Industries Ltd.
