Responsible for weekly/monthly & production reports as per plans & submit the day to day reports to Managing Director.Responsible for easy running of plant coordination effectively sharing ideas with maintenance team for any break-down.Managing activities Core Stage (Like Material loading in kettle and De-copper, Antimony and other impurities Remove) to Final Product (pure lead) of 20MT, 30MT, 50MT Refinery furnace.The removal of impurities and other metals from the crude Lead Like Tin, Arsenic, Copper, Antimony, Aluminum , Calcium etc.) From refining and alloying process.The refining process is applied in several steps in kettles with addition of specific agents alternatively smaller quantities are processed by electrolytic refining.Managing Quality by quality control Laboratory consists of Optical Emission Spectrometer M9 & M10 (OES) of Spectro, Germany make. Our manufacturing operations to produce Smelting blocks and Pure Lead / Lead Alloys.Also handling Lead Alloys like (Cadmium Lead Alloy, Lead Alloy E, Arsenic Alloys, Calcium Alloys and Antimony Alloys, Copper Alloys etc.)Procurement of daily consumption of operation Spares.Responsible for supervisions taken under me of the following area in the plant as below mentioned.Safety of all the machinery in the plant and people working in a shift.Responsible for 5S system and ensuring all are following the same.
