•To give service support after sales to customers.•To do service and maintenance of System Products like Vehicle Chassis Dynamo-meters and Engine test bench at customer site.•To do annual maintenance and calibration (AMC) of Chassis Dynamo-meters and Engine test bench systems at customer site.•To prepare calibration reports of the calibrated products.•To do installation and commissioning of System products i.e. Chassis Dynamo-meters, and catalog products i.e. tachometer, fuel flow-meter at customer site with technical team from Japan.•To provide technical assistance to customers.•To take care of every instrument used in calibration of Chassis Dynamo-meters and Engine Test Bench i.e. pressure calibrator, digital calibrator, frequency generator, micro-manometer, tachometer, atmospheric-pressure calibrator, vibration-meter, dial-gauge, precision-flat level etc.•To insure inventory of spares used in calibration and repair and if need make a purchase.

Department: Field Testing (Testing and Evaluation)Job Profile:To conduct performance, endurance & reliability testing of tractors.To evaluate the tractor reliability in terms of MEAN TIME BETWEEN FAILURE (MTBF). Close monitoring of new failures of tractors.Preliminary failure analysis of the major and critical failures on test and market tractors.To service and repair of the tractors and implements for round the clock testing activity. To suggest the modifications to the various components to improve the reliability of overall product.To conduct comparative performance trials with competitors tractors in various types of Indian soil. To maintain the site through proper implements and spares inventory and team building of the site engineers.Monitoring the site and arrangement of test facilities.Activities carried out:Reliability testing of tractorsDraw bar performance test (Pre Budhni Test) Endurance testing of tractors for validation of chassis, sheet metal & fasteners. (Torture track testing, rough course testing)Brake performance testing.Endurance testing of newly designed parts & CRE partsComparative performance trials conducted on M & M tractors Vs competitors tractors on field & road (haulage) Project:Comparative study of different Alternative fuels availableUse of Vehicle speed at speed-Breakers to generate electricity
