 Sales strategies for our channel partners in the region that I’m responsible at ATMOS. Understanding the projects / tender specs & pricing, prepare the suitable quotes, check the completion of bids as per the current product notifications.  Communicate, follow up with the present customers as well as the new customers at all levels.  Develop sales channels, set the dealer's contracts together with the sales targets for each country/distributor.  Follow up the sales process beginning from the quote to the delivery.  Evaluate the performance of the products during the clinical trials and bring feedback.  Compare advantages/disadvantages of the products to develop the business as a complete unit.  Being informed about the current competitors (applications, pricing, configurations).  Direct contact with the end-user to evaluate the realistic feedback, which contributes to the product development.  Close contact with the concerned starting from production, marketing, service, repair, back-office, technical support, exports in order to have the full knowledge of the products & the process that take place . Budget planning & sales forecasting by developing and controlling business plans with distributors. Overseeing and initiating country product registrations in cooperation with Regulatory Affairs Dept. Product presentation of current to distributors and end-users. Organizing, participation in congresses as well as sales/marketing events Product knowledge of the product and solutions offered in the field of ENT, FEES, Stroboscopy, Medical suctions application etc.,
