• Looking after House keeping activity for 3 units at Baroda Mfg Division.• Total Security Management – Handling 17 security persons & also CCTV checking.• Joint role in investigation of any issues with HR.• Random checking / frisking and carrying out activity for security.• Maintenance activity related to administration also been carried out.• Co-ordination with various dept like Mech / Electrical / Utility & other dept for carrying out the activity for maintenance or any special project.• Handling the contractor’s manpower for gate passes & controlling with process.• Finding new vendors for any type of purchase for safety / housekeeping & also any items which required for smooth operations & also on case to case basis.• Vendor management.• Also looking after the activity for material inward & out ward process with co-ordination with store.• Looking after the management of canteen management about 250 persons & also for special arrangements.• Safety co-ordination & working with safe working practice.• Made a CENTRAL TEAM for carrying out activity for sp housekeeping jobs / painting / garden- horticulture / maintenance jobs related to administration.• Admin vendor management for civil works / electrical / mechanical .• Purchases for white goods / canteen items / house keepings items / office stationery & all the items as per request & necessary.
