Duties and Responsibilities :• Support and assistance to management team on handling and resolving Human Resources issues.• Ensures that all hiring and recruitment processes.• Provides Implemented the company’s policies and procedures.• Collaborated with managers; including the internal and external agencies regarding matters on new job positions in the company.• Assisted HR in expanding the scope of the recruitment process by using the Internet, job referrals, job fairs, trade shows and cold calling.• Assisted HR in developing career path and succession planning program.• Actively participated in the coordination of onsite development training and other HR-related events.• Co ordinated and scheduled all pre-employment screenings for new hires.• Prepared recruitment and applicant tracking reports for all company-wide recruitment activities.
