•Develop and manage administrative protocols and processes to support Supervisors, Centre Directors, and the EYES Board.•Draft Meeting agendas and organize logistics for all EYES Child Care meetings.•Establish and manage the EYES Calendar, responsible for coordinating the CEO's meetings with Supervisors, Directors, and Franchise inquiries, among other scheduling tasks.•Develop and maintain compliance reports, centre audits and quality checklists.•Establish and maintain communication channels between Supervisors, Directors and other Stakeholders.•Coordinate and execute company events.•Review and examine notices, memos, and reports to and from EYES. •Support the development and implementation of an Outreach Strategy to promote engagement with Stakeholders and expand membership.•Establish and maintain the EYES Monthly Newsletter.
