My principal objective is to help CRE clients, more specifically Hotel Developers and Owners declutter and simplify the voluminous market and location intelligence analytics data to help with their acquisitions/dispositions strategy and new property development efforts. I offer asset management services for hotels as well as feasibility studies.With so many new prototypes being debuted by Franchisers, it is critical to be able to analyze the value proposition each prototype presents both in the short term and the expected hold period of the asset. Optimizing development costs, operational costs and value retention both by prototype and flag is an area most developers and hotel owners need to pay attention to. Being well versed in the entire life cycle of development from site acquisition to close out and then stabilization to disposition of hotel assets, I bring a unique perspective to their portfolio and asset management challenges. I offer them a very iterative and thorough brokerage experience culminating in wealth generation for my clients.I am well versed in all areas of land and hotel brokerage services and can bring a unique skill set to the table for all potential clients. Having completed all requirements of CCIM in 2004, I am proficient in underwriting value and providing B.O.Vs for all property types. I can help clients in choosing the right franchise and also help them in negotiating their franchise agreements. In all my years of being in the business, the most important attribute is my client centric focus on service. I also present to potential clients a marketing program that is unique in both its ability to reach the target audience and do it with great effectiveness.
