Mastercard Data and Services, the professional services arm of Mastercard, provides near real-time transaction data and proprietary analysis, data-driven consulting, and marketing services solutions to help clients optimize, streamline, and grow their businesses.What i do here:• Lead the APAC and EU CX team of UX designers, researchers and front-end developers• Collaborate with product management, engineering and other cross functional partners to ensure consistent, cohesive and quality customer experiences • Host product experience design workshops and reviews, participate in sessions with partners and create opportunities for team-wide collaboration• Plan, manage, and execute the end-to-end human-centered design process for Data and Services Global products.• Create art of the possible to help validate revolutionary concepts in the payments, data, digital identity and consent management space such as BNPL(Buy Now Pay Later), Digital First banking, Card Portfolio Optimizer for Issuers and others• Work on marketplace models for both D&S products and to list services of our partners. • Ensure cohesion across different products and services through CX unification • Coach Business Analysts, Consultants and Senior level management involved in different data product and services to secure their proper understanding and implementation of organizational expectation in the UX area• Develop, drive and maintain internal UX standard all in brand context of Mastercard Data & Services deliveries with respect to high level digital brand governance, directives, policies and guidelines• Develop personas, customer journey maps, wireframes to facilitate concept design.• Build low, hybrid and high fidelity prototypes to validate designs with customers/ partners.• Manage Design Operations for the global CX team• Promote design thinking culture by conducting workshops and training sessions for employees at different career levels

I have worked with ZS Associates for a little over 2 years where I honed my design skills by working on a range of projects for different domains while directly interacting with US based clients. My primary responsibilities was to lead research and define the experience of the products while collaborating with different stakeholders. This included defining user personas, IA, wire framing prototyping and user testing.On the creative side i was involved with the marketing and communications team on various tasks like visual design for internal communication, product collateral, product videos and other creative deliverables.

- Design usable, consumer-oriented user interface for mobile applications. The task included Requirements analysis, Information architecture, Persona, scenario and task analysis- Create wireframes for various mobile platforms to be tested across different handsets- Manage the UI team comprising of web developers and visual designers- Work with the marketing team for product launch, exhibitions, product promotions and localization of products for various mobile operators in different countries- Work with technical & QA teams for implementation of GUI- Research and bring to practice new and efficient techniques of visual design and UI for mobile phone- Document visual guidelines, standards and visual specification of a product

- To lead the team of graphic artists assigned to client projects- Create doodles based on the story boards received from the instructional designers, to facilitate graphic artists in creation of graphics for the course- Planning the design aspect of a project, which includes time and skill estimation- Visualization of course player and creation of standard graphic elements to be used throughout the course by the team members - Daily review of the work done by the team members
