Summer Internship from IMT Ghaziabad at Microsoft, Bangalore as a Partner Technical Consultant for Global Partner Services (GPS) arm of Global Technology Support Center (GTSC) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Project RAPTOR------------------Objective: Design a rostering model to gauge the availability of the Consultants in GPS across technologies, time zones and regions for better resource utilizationDeliverables:After doing primary and secondary research into the business processes & tools and interacting with key stakeholders, designed an Availability Dashboard that can track and display the availability of Consultants across GPS on real time basis across workgroups, technologies and time zones

Key Responsibilities:----------------------• Development & Enhancement: Enhance the features of the client's PLM applications to increase their utility based on the requirements provided by the client• Innovation Track: Chosen to be a part of a 3 member team to implement innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of the applications which helped reduce their downtime
