Evaluated and chose machine-learning, Natural Language Processing approaches and frameworks for analyzing large corpus of email data. Devised and implemented an ingestion process to prepare emails for analytics (removing spam, unauthored content) and extract intelligence from data (extracting names, places, keywords, organizations and times) Evaluated, developed prototypes and implemented proof-of-concepts for visualizing people interactions, clusters of email groups and top-trending keywords. Helped with customer development and developed the roadmap for productizing the prototypes.
