Turbo Lister is a tool developed by EBay developers’ team which helps sellers to list their items in bulk and then upload it on the eBay site, was involved in end to end testing of this tool including the site support for many international countries.Successfully performed end to End testing manually for Sell Your Item and Turbo Lister, reviewed Business Requirement documents and the technical specifications , testing test cases and test scripts for Functional testing, Field validations of the data entry screens, Performance testing, Multi browser and multi-platform testing. Reporting the Bugs and sending Email notifications to the developers using Clear Quest.

Applications (Agile Buyer, Himalaya):Agile Buyer was a complex B2B 3 Tier web application, Where User as a buyer could import a part list from Oracle Apps and Agile Anywhere, which was imported in to the application in the form of XML packages, after importing in to Agile Buyer he could create RFQ for that part list to the Suppliers selected by him. Suppliers could respond back to the Quotes through web, and then buyer had options to select the supplier on the basis of best price, best time leg and best schedule. After selecting the supplier user could create Contract or Order to the selected supplier .As a Team lead for Quality assurance team, Managed a team of 7 QA engineers, was involved in the functional spec, design of the project in addition to having a leading role in the areas of test planning, scheduling, implementing and reporting, Analyzed user requirements, attended Change Request meetings to document changes and implemented procedures to test changes and Monitored Clear Quest / Track to close the bugs/cases as and when developers fix the bugs.

Cash Flow ApplicationThis project was to provide Citi Bank with effective management of the end-to-end collection process for maximum cash flow. Electronic Receivable matching and Accounts Receivable Matching form the core function of process involving matching of received remittances against outstanding entries on the client A/R file.As a Senior quality assurance Analyst involved in writing Test Cases and Testing B2B modules for data checkpoints for server databases affected by each and every communication processes , Worked closely with QA and Developers to clarify/understand functionality, resolve issues and provided feedback to nail down the bugs, Performed trouble shooting of the problems originating in the production that involves taking a complex scenario that fails in the production and reduce the scenario to a less complex test that demonstrates the same failure.
