• Conducted Market research to commercialize Intel's Real sense Technology use cases in Retail to calculate TAM/SAM/SOM numbers by working across partners in cross functional divisions. Solution currently being piloted by customers.• Created a business plan for a new technology by building the value proposition canvas and identifying customer pain points and gains from using the solution. • Presented a Go to Market strategy for Intel’s Compute stick in the Digital Signage business to the GM to introduce a new cost alternative that was key in acquiring new customers and growing revenues.. • Led a task force to create a strategic dash board for efficient deal flows for different opportunities that flow through various solution providers in various IOT segments.

• As part of International Business Development program, consulted for Ethiopian ATA to develop a strategic framework, identifying impactful projects that could benefit from using Information and Communication technologies (ICT) to improve the life of farmers.• Presented recommendations to ATAs’ Chief of Staff to build build a pricing component for Market Information System and to refine the supply chain operations for tracking fertilizers to facilitate demand forecasting.• Conducted more than 25 interviews with multiple agricultural organizations using the principles of design thinking to understand the customer pain points and identify opportunities for ICT interventions.

• Lead a security task force across various divisions that developed tighter security checks to improve design reliability.• Identified multiple bugs in the early stage of the design process through new QA algorithms that led to efficient integration, saving 15% time in the testing phase. Received 2 Department Awards.• Created presentations, published guides and held debug sessions for project partners that reduced integration time by 10% by standardizing test plans across various stages of testing.• Led scrum process in a 2 week cadence, gathering user-stories and solving implementation challenges to accomplish project milestones.
