Head of the‘Creative Development Department, which included a roster that I had personally built. Managed artist and repertoire scouts and bespoke composers.

Built an extensive black book of creatives and producers from some of the world’s leading advertising agencies including JWT, Mother Grey, Leo Burnett, Fallon and TBWA to name a few, while also establishing links with many of the smaller bespoke agencies in London, Mumbai and Berlin. Worked on music briefs in advertising, films and viral campaigns. Wrote master and publishing licenses. Negotiated contracts and term fees.
